What is Dimensions
Dimensions is an app that connects people through what they need. You say what you are looking for — by voice or text, in Uzbek, Russian or English — and the service finds the people who can help: a repair pro, a mover, a tutor, an employer. No scrolling through listings, no digging through group chats.
Why another app
When something breaks at home, people usually post in the building chat, search the listings and call five numbers in a row. The message gets lost in the feed, and it is unclear who answered, whether they are free and whether they can be trusted. It is no easier for those who offer services: a repair pro follows dozens of groups so as not to miss a job nearby.
Dimensions turns this around. You do not search the common stream — the service brings you together with the people whose task matches yours. You see only what fits, and nothing else.
How it works
- Say what you need “The washing machine won’t drain, I need someone this evening” — by voice or text.
- AI asks for details Only what is needed to find a match: where, when, what budget. You check the card and publish it.
- Matching The service compares your request with the offers of people who do this kind of work: by meaning, place and time.
- Match You see the people who fit, and they see your request.
- Conversation You agree on the details in the app’s chat. Phone numbers are shared only if you both agree.
- Deal For example, the repair pro is on the way — in such deals you can see them on the map.
- Review You rate each other. Reviews build up your trust level.
It works the same way for those who offer services: describe once what you do, where and when you work, and matching requests come to you. An offer can stay active after each deal, so new jobs keep coming.
What makes Dimensions different
| Listings and chats | Dimensions | |
|---|---|---|
| Who searches | You scroll the feed and filters yourself | The service finds the people who match |
| How to describe the task | Pick the right words, fill in a form | In your own words, by voice or text |
| How matches are found | By the words in a listing | By the meaning of the task, place and time |
| What happens to the request | Unclear who answered and who is free | You see the matches, the chat and the stage of the deal |
| Your phone number | Visible to everyone who opens the listing | Only to someone you both agreed to exchange contacts with |
| Can you trust them | Reviews you have to take on faith | A trust level based on reviews after deals |
Only the people who match
There is no catalogue of people to browse in Dimensions. Someone’s profile opens only when the service has found a match between your request and their offer. Less noise, less spam, and nobody looks you up just out of curiosity.
Speak the way you like
There is no need to figure out categories or fill in long forms. Just say it in your own words: the service works out which area the request belongs to and asks a couple of clarifying questions. Your voice turns into text right away, and the recording itself is not stored. This makes Dimensions easy for people who do not like apps too — elderly parents, for example.
A separate profile in each dimension
A dimension is a separate area of life in Dimensions: Home & Household, Transport & Delivery, Languages, Jobs. You have your own profile in each — name, photo, description.
- Home & Household “Dilnoza” is looking for a washing machine repair pro
- Languages “Dilnoza” is preparing for IELTS with a tutor
- Jobs “Dilnoza Karimova” is applying for jobs
Requests, conversations and reviews from one dimension are not visible in another
The repair pro fixing your washing machine will not find out that you are looking for a job, and a future employer will not see your household requests. The only thing your profiles share is your trust level.
Trust and safety
- Every request is checked automatically before it is published.
- Your trust level comes from reviews after deals, and a review from someone with high trust counts for more.
- People with high trust are not matched with people whose trust is very low, and those who collect only bad reviews are excluded from matching.
- Until you exchange contacts, you talk in the app’s chat. If something goes wrong, you can close the deal and mark it as fraud.
- You can hide when you were last online in the settings.
Where Dimensions already works
- Home & Household — appliance repair, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, handyman jobs.
- Transport & Delivery — moving, cargo, courier delivery, rides.
- Languages — tutors, including IELTS preparation, and conversation partners for speaking practice.

New areas are added step by step, based on what people need.
How much it costs and where to get it
Dimensions is free to use at the moment. You pay for the work directly to each other — the service takes no part in payments.
